About This Course

Human rights are becoming ever more important to business and financial institutions. Laws and regulations are implemented around the world to formalise “the corporate responsibility to respect human rights” – a trend that is only set to grow. Investors, customers, current and prospective employees, civil society and the general public also expect more of companies than ever before. There is now a business case for proactively managing human rights. This course helps participants understand these trends and provides them with the first steps, tools and resources to address human rights in a business context.
